Our DTS Management & Reporting Tool allows
you to effectively manage the Meditech update process.
In a few simple steps you can import, assign and
track progress for the entire update.
You will not have to spend hours compiling information
to produce a report. Just print the report(s) and
charts/graphs minutes before the meeting. This
is as real time as it gets!
We can also help with the process itself. If you
are short-staffed or do not have the time to move
and fix your NPR reports, we can. We can also help
with scenario testing, module reconfiguration or
any other related topic. We have done it al before.

Import/Configure
Download your DTS’s from
Meditech. Upload them to our SQL database via our
high-grade secure (256 bit encrypted) connection
with a single “click”. With just one click per
module you can import the entire list of DTS’s and
their documentation into our system,
The system assigns these web DTS tasks based on
simple application, workgroup and user dictionary
selections that will allow you to assign all your
tasks very, very quickly. What once took days and
days of printing and distributing paper copies
can now be done in minutes….yes, we really mean
minutes.
When it is imported...our system will parse and
breakout the various pieces of information contained
in the DTS into separate fields and text editors.
It is assembled into a single web DTS that can
be accessed by anyone you want, no matter where
they are. All they need is an internet connection.
This is perfect for outsourcing all or a part of
the testing procedures while maintaining complete
control of the process.
Reporting & Tracking
Need to assign one DTS to more than one individual?
No problem, our system allows true multi-user assignments.
In addition, each DTS is capable of generating
its own linked task.
You can also create and track your own tasks. The
level of integration and tracking is completely
up to you.
What we’re missing!
There is a few things our software does not have….or
need. It does not have an expensive initial purchase
price or perpetual maintenance fees, you pay only
for the time you use it…..when you use it. This
web based application does not need to be updated
or tested by you, we have already done that. It
does not need any server or storage space on your
system, it is already on ours.
