Participants can ask questions via chat while viewing and listening to the presentation. Participants can also Instant Message each other for private one-on-one instant messaging communication. This feature is useful for private discussions during or after the presentation. It’s also great for getting in that question to the instructor that you don’t want  broadcasted.
